Refunds and Returns Policy: Our refund and return period is 60 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a defective product or we ship you an incorrect item, please notify us via email at customer service and include your name, address and contact phone number (also, order number on your receipt if you have it) and a description of the defect or incorrectly delivered item. We will have the incorrect/defective mat picked up at no expense to you. If you decide you do not want an item, please contact us using the same email address above. State that you no longer want the item and wish to return it. In this case it will be your responsibility to ship the item back to us. You will be given an RMA number and return ship-to address. When we receive the item back, we will notify you via email of the return and your credit card will be reimbursed for the item and any applicable sales tax, less shipping charges.
