Outdoor Rubber Mats and Entrance Flooring
An outdoor rubber floor mat is designed to make your front or rear entrance safe from slips and falls. The secondary purpose is to provide a means to trap dirt and water and help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of your interior floor covering. As you can see below, these purposes can be met with fashion and flair!
Our exterior matting includes two new mats just developed from recycled tire rubber. Most folks think of recycled tire entrance coverings as cut up pieces of tire rubber held together with wire. Apache Mills took a different approach. They melted the old tire rubber and used it in a molded backing. This allows them to add a top material that is both attractive and efficient at scraping the shoes before entry into your building. The results can be seen in the Scrape Master and the Mission below. Additionally, two interior entrance floor coverings also use molded rubber backings made from recycled tire rubber. They are the Elite and the Royalty
(shown in the second table below). These floor coverings provide for a beautiful entrance, while helping to maintain our environment by removing old tires from our landfills!

Along with our selection of exterior rubber entrance flooring, we are also proud of the indoor entrance carpeted floor coverings below. The Royalty and Elite have already been explained. Additionally, if you need an indoor floor covering that will soak up tons of water and debris, consider the Luxury and Spongemats. These entrance floor coverings can accept 1.5 gallons of water per square yard. The rubber backing surrounds the fiber surface with a border dam, which keeps the water in the fiber covering and off your indoor flooring! The Maxima, Maxima Edge and Prestige were added to this line-up of enhanced indoor flooring in late 2005. They are the latest in floor covering technology. The Stayput is a nylon fiber carpet entrance floor covering with a nitrile rubber gripper backing designed to stay in place. The Luster Twist is identical to the Stayput except that the backing is made of PVC vinyl, which provides for the same effective indoor matting at a slightly reduced cost!

Other indoor entrance and aiselway floor coverings are shown below. RibMat, Dry Rib and
V-Rib make excellent aisleway runners or indoor entrance floor coverings. The difference is the pattern of the ribbing used. Each provides scraping action to remove dirt and debris from the shoes.The Olefin comes in three flavors, Standard Tuff, Plush Tuff and Plush Tuff Solids. The Olefin carpet provides a beautiful addition to any interior entrance or aisleway, and soaks up water and debris from shoes. As the name implies, the Plush tuff provides greater density of fiber material. Both Plush Tuff and Standard Tuff Olefin provide the soaking action needed at interior entrances. The Plush Tuff Solids are olefin plush carpet floor coverings available in several deep, solid colors.
