Shipping Time: Best-Mats.com represents several manufacturers. This allows us to offer our customers discounted pricing and direct-from-factory shipping. Typically, orders ship within 2-3 business days after order receipt. If the mat is not in stock, it must be manufactured. In this case the mat usually ships in 7-10 business days after receipt of order. During extreme circumstances of high demand at the factory, items can take up to 14 business days before shipping. These times are rare but have occurred when demand outstrips manufacturing capacity for short periods of time. All mats are shipped UPS ground when weight and size allow.

Shipping Rate: Most of our product sales include heavy materials, MATS to be specific. Our inventory database includes the weight of every product for shipping purposes. During checkout you will be requested to enter your shipping information first. Our website contacts UPS in real time to acquire the exact shipping rate for your order from our factory to your shipping address. These rates apply to UPS Ground shipments only. If you require accelerated shipping, please contact customer service to receive a shipping quotation. In some instances the size or weight of the product you order cannot be delivered by UPS. In these instances, you will be contacted with actual shipping rate and method of transport on your order by our customer service department.
